At the beginning of the episode, Toccarra Jones from cycle 3 visited the girls for a sleepover. She talked to them about the importance of personality because a model is a spokesperson. Then, the girls went to the Marquet and met with Benny Ninja, the posing instructor and Sky Nellor who is a former model and DJ. Sky and Benny taught the girls to use music to motivate posing.

Challenge
The girls met Benny Ninja and David and Phillipe Blonde at The Mansion. They were asked to use music to motivate the way they showcase fashion. Two heats of five girls took turns posing and their poses were judged on how loud the crowd cheered. Celia was the top poser from the first heat and Natalie was from the second. Then, Celia and Natalie went head to head. Celia had the best poses and received a handmade dress from The Blondes.

Photo Shoot
The photo shoot took place at Ellis Island where the girls posed with Benny Ninja as their husband and models as their children. They were asked to pose as families who had just arrived at Ellis Island. Brian Edwards was the photographer and he used old fashion photograph equipment so the girls had to stay completely still while posing.

Judging
Benny Ninja was the guest judge. Each girl got critiqued and then Tyra called the names of the nine girls who will continue. The girls are in order from best picture to worst and the judges' critiques are listed below.

Tahlia - Better than exquisite, Tyra said was dressed poorly at judging but looked like a beautiful Spanish dancer in her photo, Nigel said this was her pest picture so far and she related to the children in her picture, Paulina said she has the best attitude in photos but the worst in person
Teyona - Sensational, acting a story, Paulina said she has a romance that is captivating, Tyra said she is sweet and sour, Benny said she is sour
Allison -Was standing too far above the kids, Nigel said her photo looks like a fashion picture, Paulina said she looked adorable
Natalie - Nigel said she looked like Keira Kightley, Paulina said she looked stunning, Tyra said she has no personality
London - Fantastic, not looking at camera, was disconnected and didn't relate to background, Nigel said she looked like she was one and a half feet tall
Aminat - J. said she had great expression, Benny said she was an natural poser but needs to practice more
Celia - Tyra said she had no life in her eyes and was upstaged by the girl behind her
Fo - Didn't relate to children, Paulina said it was her least favorite picture so far and that Fo had a fake look off in to the sunset
Sandra - Has too many profile picture, was disconnected, Benny said she looked like a deer in the headlights, J. said she looked as boring as homade soap, Jay said she relies on being pretty
Kortnie - Tyra said she lookee sour, Nigel said her eyes looked dead, Tyra said it doesn't look like a fashion shot and she needs attention, Benny said she has no model qualities

Kortnie went home with the worst picture and Tahlia's top picture was displayed in the house.

Drama
Throughout the entire episode Tahlia was telling all of the girls that she wanted to go home. When she got top picture and Kortnie was eliminated, Celia stood up and told Tyra and the judges that she thought it was unfair for Kortnie to go home when Tahlia didn't want to be there. Tyra told Celia she thought it was unfair for her to speak for Tahlia and asked her to go back to her place.
